Equipment isolation: To aid our engineers in working safely, please put the machine in an isolated area.
Sterilisation: Note that coronavirus can live on steel for up to three days. To ensure that the equipment is safe for our engineer, please wipe it down before they arrive.
Your procedures: Our engineers do their best to accommodate your company’s recommendations were possible. If you have any other procedures regarding COVID-19, please inform us prior to the visit, so our engineer can arrive prepared.
We will update this statement as the situation changes, following government and HSE guidelines.
