You have the right to return any new Parts supplied by Aerial Access Services within 7 working days, Although there will be a handling charge applied. Beginning the day after you receive the goods providing the item or items are returned in the ‘as sold’ condition in its original packaging to receive a partial refund (not including the delivery charge). We must be notified by email giving original order number and customers details. We will supply a returns number which must be included in the return of the goods.

Where an item is covered by a manufacturers guarantee and it becomes fault, the item may be returned to us under the terms of the guarantee for repair or replacement. Second hand plant equipment purchased is none returned, although will be supplied with an agreed warranty terms.

New plant equipment is also non-returnable and supplied with the manufactures warranty terms agreed before the purchase.
